The Xboom Buds are compatible with iOS, Android, PC and, really, any device that uses Bluetooth. The application is very simple and offers basic adjustments, such as a customizable equalizer, different sound modes, noise cancellation control, experimental adjustments, a function to find headphones and aircraft, technology with which these headphones are compatible. Image | Xataka However, the most interesting and, for me, something that is worth assessing when we buy some headphones, is that they admit multipoint connection. We can connect the Xboom Buds to as many devices as we want and jump with each other interchangeably. That, for productivity, is vital and we do not always find it in the range of 100 euros. Nor have we had latency problems or micro cuts, even in more busy areas. But one of lime and one of sand. They are not the best headphones, or from afar, but they do offer a very good experience that, for those who seek sharpness, stuck and clarity without spending more, it will be more than enough. The serious ones are well achieved, with a powerful glue but without rumble. The same with the average frequencies, which are not masked. However, in the most pronounced acute we can appreciate a slight distortion, especially when the volume exceeds 70-80%. We will notice this if we have the most trained ear, but the global experience is balanced and more than correct. LG Xboom Buds | Image: Xataka In any case, it is always possible to adjust the equalization manually through the app. If we do not know what we are playing, my personal recommendation is to use the “immersive” mode for day to day and “bass boost” for more urban genres or for when we want something more stuck. Anyway, these headphones are not designed for audiophiles. They are not compatible with high definition codecs or Dolby Atmos, which will not matter too much if we listen to music through Spotify or YouTube Music. Noise cancellation. According to LG, headphones are capable of canceling up to 35 dB. In practice, the truth is that active noise cancellation works well, but does not reach what high -end headphones propose such as the Huawei Freebuds Pro 4 or Samsung’s Galaxy Buds 3. On the street it is possible that the noise of the cars is sneaky or that we listen to nearby conversations, although my cotton test is the three 3D printers that I have a few two meters from my position.
