Italian media reported a few days ago that Milan has great interest in signing forward Santiago Giménez. They would even have put an offer on the table to Feyenoord for the transfer of the Mexican which was worth $31 million dollars.
However, the most recent information from the Italian journalist Luca Maninettiel They claim that the Dutch club rejected this offer and he would only sell Giménez in the summer market and for a figure close to $42 million dollars.
“El Bebote”, as he is often nicknamed, has had a great half of the season with 15 goals in 18 games with Feyenoord. Therefore, the interest of big clubs is beginning to be noticed.

Even last summer Giménez was already scouted by elite clubs in Europe such as Milan, Liverpool and even Real Madrid, according to several rumors.
A possible arrival at Milan would be a dream for Giménez, who already commented last December in an interview for ESPN which is one of his favorite clubs. “On the last day of the market, Milan looked for me and did not agree that day, because the price and time were short. Going to Milan would be a dream for me, and when I was a boy I grew up with Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Kaka. In the end it didn’t happen, but the fact that there is interest makes you feel important, and that option is still open,” he explained on that occasion.
For now Giménez has a contract with Feyenoord until 2027. So if he does not extend his contract soon, he could leave next summer as long as an agreement is reached for his transfer.
Currently the Mexican forward, although born in Buenos Aires, tIt has a market value of $40 million dollarsaccording to the specialized site Transfermarkta figure in line with what Feyenoord would be asking for his token.
