Hiba Abouk practices the training that tones the most and helps us age better

Along with Vanesa Lorenzo or Ariadne Artiles, Hiba Abouk is another of our celebrities athletes who also inspire their followers to overcome laziness and perform in the gym. Exercise is part of her life and we have seen her for years leading by example through ideal boxing sessions to reduce stress and increase self-esteem or ‘full body’ routines that work the entire body at the same time. The actress is also a great fan of strength training, highly recommended by experts because not only is it one of those that tones the fastest, it also optimizes our endocrine system, helps us age better and even prevents us from feeling hungrier after eating.

Finally, Álvarez recommends it as an ally to lose weight: “Do strength training guarantees muscle development, weight loss and greater flexibility. The best option? Incorporate both options into your exercise routines to have a slim, toned and healthy body.”
