- Single-use code (SMS or email): A quick key will be sent to the mobile number or email that you have configured in your account.
- Contrast data: You will be asked for personal information or information from other requests that only you know, such as the number of a letter that has arrived or security questions, among others.
Two new confirmation methods
Two new methods have also been added to confirm requests without having to physically go to sign a paper at the SEPE office. They are the following two:
- Web form: When you fill out your application, you can sign easily, accepting the terms and entering a temporary code that will be sent to you by SMS to your mobile or email.
- By phone: If you carry out a procedure by phone with the SEPE, you can confirm your signature by telling the agent a temporary code that they will send you by phone. You can also confirm your consent with the official SEPE mobile app or the website while calling.
The entire process will be recorded and registered in your file so that no one can impersonate your identity. The procedure will have the same legal validity as a physical signature. Furthermore, the standard applies to everything related to unemployment benefits and subsidiessuch as requesting unemployment benefits, providing documentation that has been requested, canceling aid, etc.
