If the Pixel 9 Pro fold took a step forward with screen and photography improvements, the Pixel 10 Pro fold refines just where it was needed. According to Google, this new model offers a more fluid experience, better visualization and, above all, greater resistance.
Fragility has been one of the usual criticisms of folding, something that makes sense if we consider that we talk about devices that exceed 1,000 euros. In this case, Pixel 10 Pro Fold has IP68 certification against water and dust, in addition to improved resistance to falls. Another key point is its new hinge without gears, completely redesigned. According to the company, it guarantees more than 10 years of folding.
The internal screen, called Super current Flex, reaches 8 inches and has a reinforced ultrafine crystal, as well as several layers of anti -impact protection. Outside, the bezels have been reduced, allowing 6.3 to 6.4 inches on the secondary screen. It also highlights the maximum brightness of 3,000 nits, designed for situations of lots of light, such as outdoor use.
In the performance section, this new pixel premieres the G5 tensioner processor made of 3 nanometers, accompanied by 16 GB of RAM. Google states that its TPU (key to artificial intelligence functions) is 60% more powerful, and that the CPU improves in 36% compared to the previous generation. The ISP has also been improved, which should translate into better photographic results.
