Open kitchens have conquered many European homes: less cabinets, large islands, spaces without barriers. But cooking in these environments is not always as idyllic as it seems. Traditional bellswith their constant noise, they force the volume of the voice and to live with a large apparatus suspended on the work table. That vision contrasts with the warm and orderly environment that some seek.
Samsung has devised a different alternative. The extraction ceases to be on your head to integrate directly into the plate, capturing the smoke rings. An idea that, it is promised, combines aesthetics and functionality so that open kitchen is a place where everything flows, without visual or sound interruptions.
When the extractor hides in the countertop and the kitchen breathes
The South Korean company will present in the IFA 2025 one of its most interesting bets in integration appliances: An induction plate with “bell” built -in. The Turbo fan, hidden inside the surface itself, extracts the air through a duct that is installed under or behind the countertop. In this way, the fumes and smells will be eliminated at the same point where they are generated, without the need for visible structures on the work area.
As we point out above, it is designed for open kitchens and spaces that seek visual continuity. Eta solution avoids adding unnecessary volume and makes the countertop into the protagonist.
Flex Zone Plus is one of the keys to this proposal. By incorporating four coils in each areathe plate allows you to use small containers to large casseroles, with uniform heat on the entire cooking surface. It has been manufactured with “scratch -resistant” materials and an antihuellas coating.
The integration of extraction into the plaque itself reinforces that idea of continuity. With this approach, the upper cabinets disappear from the scene and the central countertop wins prominence, creating an environment more similar to that of a modern cafeteria. It can occur as a step forward towards open kitchens that do not compromise the design or experience of those who cook.
This plate adds to Bespoke philosophy, the Samsung line focused on integrating design and technology into appliances that land in households with style. It is not just that the products mimicate with the furniture: they also incorporate advanced functions, as demonstrated by the Bespoke Ai Laundry Combo, that even allows you to call calls.
Samsung raises this plate as a flexible solution: it can be installed with recirculation system or by extraction, depending on the distribution of the kitchen. This versatility is compatible with island designs, although in some cases specific accessories will be needed. Therefore, the company recommends consulting distributors previously to guarantee the correct installation.

Although the concept is promising, there are still many details to be confirmed. Samsung has not facilitated specific data on the extraction flow, noise levels or the exact measures of the plate. Nor is the final price known beyond that its launch is planned in the First semester of 2026.
IFA 2025, which will be held in Berlin from September 5 to 9, will serve as a showcase to know its performance first hand. Until then, the product is presented as a commitment to integrate advanced technology in the kitchen without breaking the aesthetics of space.
What Samsung poses goes beyond a new appliance: it is a vision of the kitchen as a fluid and orderly space, where each element fulfills its function without highlighting more than necessary. Total integration becomes a design argument and a practical advantage.
